Role Summary

As a Project Manager at Frontline Insurance, you will be tasked with guiding projects from inception to completion. Your role will be pivotal in delivering project outputs, preparing progress reports, and developing effective communication strategies. Your capability to lead teams, manage risks, and achieve high-quality outcomes will be essential for your success.

Key Duties

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and objectives, ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Planning: Assist in the strategizing and execution of projects, supporting the organization and management of tasks and timelines.
  • Documentation Management: Oversee and update project plans, schedules, and documentation, ensuring all information is current and accessible.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional team members to ensure alignment with project goals, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Risk Assessment: Evaluate project risks and challenges, providing solutions to maintain project alignment with objectives.
  • Reporting: Compile and present progress reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data, keeping stakeholders informed of developments.
  • Client Relations: Ensure customer satisfaction during project transitions, confirming that deliverables meet expectations and securing project acceptance.
  • Post-Project Review: Conduct evaluations after project completion to identify successful elements and areas for improvement, applying insights to future initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record in project management, particularly in IT or ERP projects.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to lead diverse project teams, ensuring alignment and motivation towards achieving objectives.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management Knowledge: In-depth understanding of formal project management methodologies, adaptable to various project needs.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certifications are highly regarded.
