Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and directing the financial activities of the hotel, safeguarding assets, and preparing all financial reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and HEI Hotels and Resorts Standards.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct the financial activities of the hotel, including budget preparation, capital expenditures, and financial analysis.
  • Safeguard assets and prepare all financial reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and HEI Hotels and Resorts Standards.
  • Actively participate in Executive Committee and staff meetings, providing practical solutions from a cost vs. benefits viewpoint.
  • Assist other managers in analyzing statements, distributions, and other financial data.
  • Support and comply with property standards and Corporate SOP's.
Requirements
  • B.S. in Accounting or Hotel Management.
  • 3+ years experience in Hotel or Hospitality related Finance and Accounting.
  • Analytical approach to problems, regard for detail and accuracy.
  • Assertive personality, professional demeanor.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
