Pharmacy Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at ReGenesis Health Care. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the pharmacy team to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, staffing, and budgeting.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the pharmacy team and make recommendations for improvement.

• South Carolina registered pharmacy license (B.S in Pharmacy or PharmD)
• Immunization certification preferred
• BLS certification preferred
• Experience in retail, outpatient hospital, or institutional pharmacy
• Experience with patient interactions and customer service
• Experience using PioneerRx preferred
