Pharmacy Director

ReGenesis Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our pharmacy team to deliver high-quality services.

• Provide quality pharmaceutical care for all patients in accordance with our policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with our team to develop plans of action for every patient to ensure the most appropriate compliance-driven prescription outcomes.
• Use state-of-the-art technology to efficiently and accurately process prescriptions.
• Supervise a staff responsible for inventory ordering, stocking, prescription returns, phone etiquette, and prescription processing.
• Communicate effectively with patients to increase compliance and understanding of their overall healthcare.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including sales, volume, reporting, compliance, retention rate, and patient satisfaction.

• South Carolina registered pharmacy license (B.S in Pharmacy or PharmD)
• Immunization certification preferred
• BLS certification preferred
• Experience in retail, outpatient hospital, or institutional pharmacy
• Experience with patient interactions and customer service
• Experience using PioneerRx preferred
