**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Paladin Consulting as a Legal Print Services Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-volume copy machines, performing binding and finishing work, and handling sensitive and confidential documents.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Operate and maintain high-volume copy machines, ensuring they are functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Perform binding and finishing work, including stapling, folding, and collating documents.
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential documents, maintaining the highest level of discretion and security.
  • Provide exceptional quality work, adhering to the highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform basic scanning responsibilities, ensuring documents are accurately and efficiently scanned.
  • Conduct daily inspections of convenience copiers, identifying and resolving any issues or problems.
  • Distribute office supplies, fax transmissions, and mail to company personnel and designated drop-off points.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding job status and feasibility, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Maintain the upkeep of convenience copier areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Perform duties related to shipping and receiving, including receiving and processing incoming materials.
  • Operate various office equipment, including calculators, fax machines, postage meters, and PCs.
  • Set up furniture and conference rooms as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily meter and service logs.
  • Utilize MS Office and email systems to perform job-related tasks.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a legal or business environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
