Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a Lead Financial Strategist to enhance our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting financial assessments for ongoing and upcoming projects
  • Crafting detailed cash flow projections using Excel
  • Gathering, structuring, and evaluating lease and financial data
  • Collaborating with agents and property owners to establish cash flow model assumptions
  • Preparing presentations for client valuations
  • Composing financial and market analysis reports
  • Researching and assessing comparable lease and sale information
  • Overseeing process checklists and marketing schedules
  • Managing project due diligence tasks
  • Supporting the sales process and overseeing client relationships
  • Engaging in client discussions and presentations
  • Coordinating property and market tours for clients and potential buyers

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a real estate environment
  • Proven expertise in developing and analyzing detailed discounted cash flows
  • Proficient in interpreting financial statements and lease agreements
  • Solid understanding of valuation factors for various property types
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
