The Job Cost Accountant plays a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of job costing within the RMS and QuickBooks Accounting Software. This position requires managing daily franchise operations in the absence of the owner, ensuring smooth financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive accounting, computer, and financial records in collaboration with a CPA.
- Exhibit empathy and urgency in communication through modern technology.
- Establish and nurture relationships with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents, and team members.
- Ensure accurate job costing and adherence to established guidelines.
- Enter timesheets and process payroll efficiently.
