We are currently in search of a proficient Site Development Project Manager to take charge of the site development and acquisition processes, as well as customer implementation initiatives. The successful candidate will possess significant expertise in wireless infrastructure, including site acquisition, zoning, permitting, and vendor oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Real Estate Acquisition and Customer-focused teams to pinpoint strategic real estate opportunities for new wireless infrastructure projects.
- Oversee multiple site acquisition vendor partnerships and contracts to ensure operational consistency, efficiency, and financial success.
- Create and maintain precise project plans and budgets, coordinating with Sales, Contracts, and Legal departments as necessary.
- Manage preconstruction site development activities from site identification through zoning approval for various projects.
- Facilitate internal and customer deployment meetings, delivering detailed job status updates and addressing any conflicts or issues that arise.
- Ensure meticulous maintenance of all project documentation, including regulatory approvals, leases, and structural analyses.
- Provide training and guidance for the Site Development team and other internal functional groups.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in real estate site acquisition and zoning within the wireless sector, or five (5) years of related project management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of telecommunications and wireless project management, asset management, tower maintenance, and property management.
- Expertise in site acquisition procedures, including regulatory and permitting processes.
- Ability to interpret A&E drawings and financial metrics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service.
The compensation for this contract position ranges from $38 to $48 per hour, based on experience. Our pay structure is determined by role, level, and location, ensuring that individual compensation reflects work location and relevant factors, including job-related skills and experience.
