  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve patient issues and concerns.
  • Maintain organization and time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation to maintain patient records and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Computer proficiency to navigate multiple systems and software.
  • Good communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent to demonstrate basic education requirements.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid programs and Federal Marketplace to provide accurate information to patients.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with regulations.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM EST. The pay rate is $17-22/hour.
