Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, Strategic Analysis to join our Finance and Accounting organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading various analytical projects, developing financial models, and providing strategic insights to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Lead analytical projects to support business strategy and decision-making, including financial planning, forecasting, and risk assessment.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on business performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business initiatives and develop plans to achieve strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, business unit leaders, and functional teams.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and risk assessment.

- Strong technical skills in financial planning and analysis software, including Oracle Planning, Workforce, Power BI, Alteryx, and SAP S4/HANA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Strong program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
