Job Summary

Holland Pump Company is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and professional service to customers, responding to service calls, deliveries, and pickups in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Adhere to assigned delivery schedules and follow all job directives precisely, ensuring compliance with regulatory agency and company safety directives.
  • Conduct thorough load checks on company vehicles, ensuring all delivery materials are securely fastened and all parts of the vehicle are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, obeying all traffic laws and weight limits.
  • Complete and file all required government paperwork in a precise and timely manner.
  • Perform warehouse work, including loading and unloading of materials onto or off trucks or into warehouse as assigned.
  • This position requires a valid CDL and does not involve over-the-road travel.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to lift 75lbs consistently
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens
  • Ability to stand, bend, climb, twist, and reach throughout complete shift
  • Medical card
