About Us:

RGF Environmental Group, Inc is a leader in sustainable environmental technologies. We are seeking a Field Technician to join our team, specializing in the maintenance and repair of industrial wash water recycling equipment and water treatment equipment. This role requires regular travel between Homestead and St. Cloud, Florida, and will involve hands-on work with complex systems, ensuring they function efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly scheduled maintenance on industrial water treatment systems.
  • Respond to service calls and perform equipment repairs as needed.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions related to plumbing, electrical systems, pumps, and more.
  • Change filters and other consumable parts during routine maintenance.
  • Communicate with customers, providing exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Maintain accurate service records and reports for each job.
  • Travel to customer locations within the designated area (Homestead to St. Cloud) for on-site work.

Qualifications:

  • Valid, clean driver's license required.
  • Experience in plumbing, electrical work, pumps, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained on equipment-specific maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and complete tasks in a timely manner.
