PrideStaff is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assembly Technician. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare workstations by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Position parts and subassemblies using templates or reading measurements to ensure precise assembly.
  • Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and subassemblies.
  • Verify specifications by measuring completed components to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications and notifying supervisors to obtain additional resources.
  • Maintain equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements and following manufacturer's instructions.
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needed supplies, and expediting orders.
  • Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
  • Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
Requirements:
  • Be 18 years or older.
  • Be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Must have previous assembly experience.
  • Lifting a maximum of 50 lbs.
  • MUST be able to work weekends and/or overtime as needed.
  • Work with a positive attitude and teamwork mentality.
