The Enterprise brand within Enterprise Holdings presents an exciting opportunity for a Senior Customer Service Associate.

The Senior Customer Service Associate will deliver exceptional service by assisting both internal and external clients, primarily in person, to support their branch and rental requirements. This role offers the chance to gain valuable insights through local training and practical experience, enabling the provision of administrative support, customer service, and acting as a rental backup.

Key Responsibilities:
We are currently hiring for immediate openings.

Responsibilities include:
Handling incoming inquiries regarding reservations, pricing, and general information, while providing solutions for customers, other branches, insurance providers, dealerships, repair facilities, and various vendors.

Managing outgoing calls for follow-up purposes, accounts receivable, and other assigned tasks.

Delivering a high standard of customer service by assisting clients and evaluating their rental needs both in person and via phone.

Welcoming customers in a friendly and timely manner.

Providing directions and general assistance as needed.

Assisting in evaluating the condition of vehicles upon return.

Processing returns, check-ins, and transactions at exit kiosks.

Effectively promoting the company while safely transporting customers and providing assistance as required.

Understanding and communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services.

Potentially selling optional protection plans, upgrades, fuel options, and other supplementary equipment.

Responsible for notifying management of any known vehicle issues and necessary maintenance.

Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors by hand or using washing equipment when necessary.

Performing various administrative and basic accounting tasks, including research and billing support, accounts receivable, key logs, generating reports, maintaining supplies, and processing customer billing.

Executing miscellaneous and backup job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Some college education is preferred.

A minimum of 1 year of prior experience in customer service, retail, or administrative support is required.

A valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past 3 years is necessary.

No drug or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past 5 years.


Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship from our company for this position now or in the future.
