Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design and implement individualized therapy programs for children with autism and special needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ABA interventions to clients in natural environments, utilizing evidence-based techniques to enhance essential skills and improve overall quality of life.
  • Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress, preparing it for presentation under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Coordinate with other program staff to ensure consistency and effectiveness of therapy programs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure effective therapy and support.
  • Implement and refine individualized ABA therapy programs, adapting to the unique needs and goals of each client.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; experience with ABA therapy or working with children with special needs a plus.
  • RBT certification preferred but not essential.
  • Availability Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to physical demands of the role.
  • Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification, AZ fingerprint card, and TB test.
