As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in assessing, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. You will work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments to determine client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Design and implement evidence-based behavioral interventions tailored to each client's unique profile.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress, evaluate program effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Provide training and supervision to Behavior Therapists, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide support, education, and guidance on implementing interventions at home.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or national equivalent in psychology, special education, or a related field.
  • Board Certification as a BCBA (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Active Arizona License.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with developmental disabilities.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, ethical guidelines, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
