Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to join our growing team in Mesa, Arizona. We are committed to providing high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

As a Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement customized treatment plans and provide therapeutic support to children in their homes or community settings. Your role is crucial in helping children develop essential skills, improve their behavior, and enhance their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the direction of a BCBA.
  • Provide direct instruction and support to children in various settings, including homes and community locations.
  • Collect data on child progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals involved in the child's care.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with children with ASD.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid certification and Safety Care Training.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
