- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and promote a positive patient experience.">
- Maintain accurate records, adhere to regulations, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.">
Requirements:

- Accredited School of Nursing degree required.">
- 1 year of experience as a registered nurse preferred.">
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice is essential.">
- BLS certification required upon hire; ACLS certification preferred.">
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and foster positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.">
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office applications, are necessary.">
- Effective prioritization and time management skills are crucial.">
- Ability to provide patient education and support is essential.">
- Familiarity with Medicare, JCAHO, DNV & HCFA regulations related to ambulatory care is required.">
- Demonstrated knowledge of age-specific growth principles and life stages to meet each patient's unique needs.">
