  • Direct a team focused on managing client devices and asset operations, including staff development and resource allocation.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and customer service excellence within the team.
  • Implement and uphold global standards for asset lifecycle management, covering procurement, deployment, retirement, and disposal processes.
  • Supervise the setup, configuration, and distribution of client devices, peripherals, software, and SaaS solutions.
  • Assess and suggest innovative technologies and methodologies to improve asset management practices.
  • Maximize asset efficiency and pinpoint areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Adopt a continuous improvement mindset to refine strategies related to technology expenditure and asset tracking within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) throughout their lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years in various IT leadership roles, demonstrating a clear progression of responsibility and scope.
  • At least 3 years of dedicated experience in IT asset management.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and asset management processes.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and process enhancement techniques.
  • Experience with ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, CMDB, and associated tools and methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Preferred experience with ServiceNow and SAP.
  • ITIL certification is advantageous.
  • Experience with Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices is a plus.
