Key Responsibilities

1. Conducts comprehensive medical evaluations, treatments, and clearances for applicants, team members, and external clients in accordance with specific company profiles and regulatory standards.
2. Delivers clinical care with professionalism, acting as an advocate for patients and exemplifying best practices.
3. Ensures clinical practice aligns with state regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies.
4. Develops and executes tailored care plans.
5. Facilitates educational programs and support for patients and employers.
6. Reviews and evaluates existing protocols and care standards to integrate best practices into clinical operations.
7. Utilizes evidence-based practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
8. Administers medications safely to aid recovery from workplace injuries or illnesses.
9. Prescribes medications and recommends over-the-counter options as necessary.
10. Initiates lab tests, immunizations, and diagnostic procedures as per regulations and scope of practice.
11. Demonstrates proficient clinical skills with treatment plans using the most effective screening methods.
12. Collaborates with physicians and effectively consults with other healthcare team members.
13. Exhibits strong communication skills across disciplines to achieve desired results.
14. Maintains accurate, systematic documentation of findings, recommendations, and patient education.

17. Acts as a clinical resource for nursing staff, patients, and other team members to evaluate complex cases and determine suitable interventions.

Qualifications

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
2. Master's Degree in Nursing.
3. Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education and practice as mandated by the Board of Nursing and national certification bodies.
4. Relevant experience in a patient care setting as required by regulations.
Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Master's Prepared Advanced Practice Nurse.
2. Minimum of three years of professional experience.
3. Strong organizational and computer skills.
4. Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
5. High emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
7. Valid driver's license.

Licenses and Certifications Required:
1. State Professional Registered Nurse License.
2. Advanced Practice Nurse Certification (with Master's Degree).
3. Basic Health Care Life Support Certification.

Preferred Licenses and Certifications:
1. CPR Certification.
