Job Summary

The Full Stack Automation Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and architect end-to-end capabilities on the GenAI platform that interacts with the LLMs with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior members of the team.
  • Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
  • Resolve variety of high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of available LLMs.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
  • Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
Qualifications
  • Ideal candidate has 6+ years of relevant experience in hands-on Applications Design, Development, Architecture, and Analysis.
  • Extensive experience in system analysis and in programming of software applications.
  • Strong and extensive full-stack programming skills in Java (and/or Kotlin), Python, and DB programming.
  • Experience with CI/CD DevOps tools (such as, Jenkins, UDeploy, Tekton, Harness).
  • Good understanding of microservices architecture. Ability to self-learn new technologies as required on the job.
  • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
  • Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Implementation experience with Langchain and RAG architecture.
  • Experience with VectorDB.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Masters degree preferred.

  • Position is based in Jersey City, NJ. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area.
