Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage student onboarding programs, projects, and processes to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for prospective students and internal customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement, retention, and success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training that equates to the required degree.
- Four years of experience coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, programs, and/or projects.
- Two years of supervisory experience.
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Recruitment and enrollment leadership experience in a higher education environment.
- Six years of experience coordinating onboarding, enrollment, or advising activities, programs, and/or projects, including employee supervision and development.
- Must possess CAEL level 3 case management training or be able to obtain training within 12 months of hire.
- Must be trained in key competencies as defined by Student Success leadership within 12 months of hire.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be insurable through the organization's insurers.
