Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a Virtual Speech Therapist. As a trailblazer in the telehealth space, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our students and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and develop personalized therapy plans.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers to empower them to make informed decisions about their child's care.
  • Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Indiana.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders.
  • Experience providing virtual therapy services is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues.
