Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a travel assignment in Virginia. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover and feel better about themselves by providing therapy to maximize speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide speech therapy services to patients, including evaluation and treatment, to help them recover from diagnosed conditions.
  • Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisors and other team members.
  • Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
  • Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Graduate of a master's level program in Speech Language Pathology, accredited by the Education Standards Board, or whose practice meets ASHA certification requirements.
  • Must possess independent decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
Work Experience

At least 2 years of SLP experience.
