Role Summary:
As a Nursing Unit Manager/Director - RN, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of exceptional care within a designated unit, collaborating closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and satisfaction for patients, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage the overall operations and coordination of nursing and patient care within the assigned unit.
*Ensure that care delivery aligns with the mission, vision, values, and policies of Mountain Ridge Center, adhering to established standards of practice and regulatory requirements.
*Work collaboratively with nursing staff, physicians, rehabilitation therapists, and other professionals to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
*Oversee human resource management within the unit, including minimizing overtime and agency staffing, recruiting and onboarding new staff, evaluating nursing staff performance, and implementing disciplinary measures when necessary.

*Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
*Current Registered Nurse licensure from the State Board of Nursing is required.
