Role Summary:
As a Unit Manager/Director - RN, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Nursing to ensure the delivery of exceptional care, fostering positive clinical outcomes, and enhancing satisfaction for patients, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee and direct the overall operations and coordination of nursing and patient care within a designated unit.
*Ensure that care delivery aligns with the mission, vision, values, and policies of Mountain Ridge Center, adhering to accepted standards of practice and regulatory requirements.
*Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, rehabilitation therapists, and other professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
*Manage human resources within the unit, including minimizing overtime and agency staffing, recruiting and onboarding new staff, evaluating nursing staff performance, and implementing disciplinary measures when necessary.

Qualifications:
*Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
*Current Registered Nurse licensure from the State Board of Nursing is required.
Position Type: Full Time
Pay Target: $104,000 / year
