Role Highlights:
* Oversee and direct the overall operations and coordination of nursing and patient care within an assigned unit.

* Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and rehabilitation professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
* Manage human resources within the unit, focusing on minimizing overtime and agency staffing, recruiting, orienting new staff, and evaluating nursing performance, including implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.

Qualifications:
* Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
* Current Registered Nurse licensure from the State Board of Nursing is mandatory.

Pay Target: $104,000 / year
