Role Highlights:
* Oversee and direct the overall operations and coordination of nursing and patient care within a designated unit.
* Ensure that the delivery of patient care aligns with the mission, vision, values, and policies of Mountain Ridge Center, adhering to accepted standards of practice and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, rehabilitation therapists, and other professionals to achieve optimal outcomes for patients in the assigned unit.
* Manage human resources within the unit, focusing on minimizing overtime and agency staffing, recruiting and onboarding new staff, evaluating nursing staff performance, and implementing disciplinary measures when necessary.

Qualifications:
* Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
* Current Registered Nurse licensure from the State Board of Nursing is required.

Pay Target: $104,000 / year
