Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bridal Consultant to join our team at Bridal Gallery. As a Bridal Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with brides-to-be, and helping them find their perfect wedding gown.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and create a memorable experience for each bride
  • Work with brides to find the perfect wedding gown and dresses, taking into account their style, budget, and preferences
  • Enter orders accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail
  • Stay up-to-date on new styles and inventory, and provide recommendations to customers
  • Participate in sales and service initiatives to drive sales and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or service industry
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays
