**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver products and provide service support to customers on assigned routes, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Achieve sales targets by generating leads for new business and growing our client base.
  • Understand pricing and products to educate customers on primary and promotional offerings.
  • Treat customers with respect and courtesy to develop long-lasting relationships.
  • Communicate territory trends to management to protect and expand our customer base.
  • Accurately process customer transactions, including payments, invoices, and inventory management.
  • Provide waffle iron maintenance at customer facilities in accordance with company policy.
  • Adhere to company-established routing schedules and comply with all relevant regulations.
  • Work with customers to resolve any complaints, escalating complex issues to management.
  • Manage inventory, including proper rotation of product and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.

**Requirements**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's License and DOT Certification required (minimum 21 years of age, pass DOT physical).
  • Acceptable driving, criminal, and credit records.
  • Ability to operate a handheld device for processing orders.
  • Well-spoken and persuasive communication skills.
  • Independent spirit and ability to work without direct supervision.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Eye for detail and commitment to ensuring the quality of products sold.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
