As a Kitchen Manager, your primary responsibilities include overseeing food production and managing the Back-of-the-House operations using Golden Corral's products, recipes, procedures, and company systems to ensure that our standards for food quality, recipes, and cleanliness are consistently met for our guests. Additionally, as a member of the restaurant operations management team, you will oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, including food quality, production, safety, and labor in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.
Qualifications:
- Proven, stable work history along with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant.
- Educational background typically associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
- Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
- A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are required.
