Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records to prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Communicate with vendors and carriers to schedule deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Inspect incoming shipments for damages and discrepancies, and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Maintain organized warehouse space to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Utilize computer systems to track shipments and update records in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a shipping and receiving or logistics role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
