KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Senior Community Engagement Coordinator actively identifies opportunities to connect with potential patients and cultivate positive community relationships to generate referrals.
  • Provide valuable education and information to seniors and their families about InHealth MD Alliance LLC's services and assist them in navigating the home care process.
  • Design and implement a strategic plan for your assigned area in collaboration with the Regional Sales Director to meet individual and organizational growth objectives.
  • Work autonomously and manage your time efficiently without close supervision.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with community representatives, consumers, and team members.
  • Facilitate the completion of enrollment documentation with participants and conduct site tours.
  • Accurately and promptly enter sales data into the CRM system.
  • Deliver presentations at retail venues, senior centers, and other community locations to promote our medical services.
  • Engage in public speaking with both small and large audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, particularly in diverse community settings.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong skills in CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent reading and writing abilities.
  • A valid Florida driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
