As a key member of our Account Management team, you'll play a vital role in identifying cross-sell/upsell opportunities and building strong relationships with our manufacturing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our manufacturing software solutions and communicate their value to customers effectively.
  • Nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and prevent churn.
  • Engage with customers through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and drive the sales process from initial contact to closure.
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to articulate the value proposition of our manufacturing software products and tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline management, negotiation, and contract closure, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and inquiries.
  • Consistently log and record each-and-every outreach made, in Salesforce, producing regular activity reports.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quota goals in accordance with the strategic plan.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the software or technology industry.
  • Experience selling to manufacturing customers and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing software is helpful but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree highly desirable.
