  • Inventory Management: Manage quarterly physical inventory counts at various locations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Report Analysis: Analyze and verify inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Train and oversee Store Inventory Auditors to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

  • Inventory Experience: Prior inventory experience is highly desirable, but not required.
  • TAMS Proficiency: Proficiency in the TAMS point-of-sale system is essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail and investigatory skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lifting Ability: Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, as required by the job.
  • Effective Communication: Possess effective communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and management.
