Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Control Systems Manager to lead our team in developing, deploying, and sharing process control solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for setting team vision, driving continuous improvement of our PCS technology stack, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process control solutions to improve process capability and increase yield.
  • Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy process control systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process control systems with other business processes.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges that impact process control systems.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with partners in process and equipment development, IT, and the global network.
  • Supervise key team metrics, set line of sight goals, and drive team to meet business commitments.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
  • Authority in APC/R2R, sought out by others for training and guidance.
  • Demonstrate partnership and collaboration through flexibility, desire to assist others, and displaying a positive demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; able to concisely present highly technical data.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving, analytical skills, and a shown ability to drive sophisticated projects to completion.
Education

A BS degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, or an equivalent Micron job standing of Engineer or higher is required.
