We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Control Systems Manager to join our team at Micron Technology. Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of process control solutions that meet business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process control needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of process control engineers and technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with partners in process and equipment development, IT, and the global network to support process control solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze key team metrics to drive business commits and handle personnel issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Continuously review and improve process control systems and solutions to ensure they are aligned with business objectives and meet the needs of the organization.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience is required.
  • A BS degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, or an equivalent Micron job standing of Engineer or higher is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to concisely present highly technical data.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical skills, and a proven ability to drive sophisticated projects to completion.
  • Authority in APC/R2R, sought out by others for training and guidance.
