Crystal Clean, a leading environmental services company, is seeking a highly skilled Waste Management Representative to join our team. Our company values diversity and encourages applications from diverse backgrounds.

Job Description

This role involves providing sales and services of approved waste streams at customer locations. The representative will operate a Vacuum Truck, working frequently with hoses, waste storage units, trenches, and sub-terrain holding chambers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and developing new business opportunities in assigned geographic areas
  • Aligning work orders to minimize mileage and travel time
  • Inspecting vehicle and equipment for safe operation
  • Offering service to customers by vacuuming approved waste streams from container units into the truck
  • Pursuing additional services with existing accounts and assessing potential customer needs
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have:

  • A Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Airbrake and Tanker Endorsement, HAZMAT preferred
  • Route sales experience
  • Ability to interact with customers, sales branch employees, and other corporate departments
  • Physical ability to wear personal protective equipment, including respirators, steel toe boots, gloves, uniform, safety glasses, reflective vests, and hard hats
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.

Estimated Salary: $72,500/year
