Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team as a Behavioral Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with children and adolescents, their families, and community services to address behavioral health needs.

About the Role

The Behavioral Specialist will be responsible for providing in-home services to children and adolescents, assessing their behavioral health needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing interventions to promote positive behavior change.

You will work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and other professionals to identify and address the child's strengths and challenges, and develop strategies to support their growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address behavioral health needs
  • Provide in-home services, including behavioral interventions and family support
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to identify and address child's strengths and challenges
  • Develop and implement strategies to support child's growth and development
  • Record progress notes and maintain accurate records of client history and treatment events
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A master's degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work)
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a behavioral health setting
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
