Boca is seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Dining Room Support Specialist to assist our servers and maintain a welcoming dining environment. The primary responsibilities of this role include ensuring tables are cleared, cleaned, and set appropriately for guests. The ideal candidate will also assist with beverage preparation and refills, support servers in processing payments, manage waste disposal, and sanitize menus. Additionally, you will be responsible for end-of-day cleaning tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clearing used dishes, utensils, and glassware from tables as needed.
  • Transporting dirty tableware to the kitchen.
  • Preparing tables for incoming guests by cleaning spills, removing crumbs, replacing soiled linens, and arranging tableware, napkins, and condiments.
