We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Expert to join our team at The Westin Washington DC Downtown. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and unique.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage the menu, including reading and verifying information.
- Take a hands-on approach to work, moving, lifting, and carrying objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended time, managing the menu and taking a hands-on approach to work.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience.
- No license or certification required.

- A competitive hourly rate of $19.68-$26.25.
