About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Surgical Aide to join our team at i-Health Inc. As a Surgical Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our surgical team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the delivery of quality patient care in the operating room and other areas of the surgery center.
  • Provide support to the surgical team, including preparing supplies, equipment, and instrumentation for surgical cases.
  • Assist with patient turnover, including transferring patients safely and efficiently.
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring proper inventory management.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure a smooth flow of the surgical experience and maximize patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current BLS certification or completion upon hire.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks accordingly.
