As a Retail Sales Associate, you will serve as a vital representative of the Burlington brand, playing a key role in our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include welcoming and assisting customers, ensuring the sales floor is tidy, organized, and presentable, and aiding the management team with daily store operations. You may be assigned to various departments such as Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assisting customers in finding products as needed.

+ Supporting floor moves, merchandising, display upkeep, and cleanliness.

+ Helping with sales transactions at the registers and/or packaging merchandise.

+ Performing additional tasks as directed by management as necessary.

Candidates should be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
