Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Floor Associate to join our team. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to all operational and merchandise standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Role model exceptional customer service practices with internal and external customers
    • Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
  • Store Operations
    • Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customer according to established operating procedures
    • Promote credit and loyalty programs
  • Merchandising and Recovery
    • Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards
    • Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards
    • Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day
  • Organizational and Cleanliness Standards
    • Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participate in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store

Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting pay range of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
