Opportunity Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Market Access Director to lead our Market Access team in driving strategic growth and innovation across our product portfolio. This role will play a critical part in shaping our market access strategy, ensuring seamless execution, and maximizing value for our stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise in Market Access to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Research & Development, to ensure alignment and optimal market access strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform data-driven decisions and optimize market positioning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, wholesalers, and pharmacies, to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Monitor and analyze market performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends to continuously enhance our market access capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Market Access, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing market access strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth understanding of US pharmaceutical regulatory and marketing regulations, as well as compliance guidelines.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $197,600 to $315,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
