Job Summary:
As a Beverage Service Specialist, you will prepare and serve drinks to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Comply with state, federal, and corporate regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
2. Set up and stock assigned bar areas with necessary supplies including beer, wine, spirits, and garnishes.
3. Maintain inventory of fresh ingredients and ensure product quality.
4. Greet guests warmly and take drink orders; mix and present beverages according to standard recipes.
5. Verify guest identification and monitor for signs of intoxication.
6. Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
8. Arrange bottles and glassware attractively for display.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.
