Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Dr Leah Life PLLC. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Patient Care: Greet and welcome patients with a smile, schedule and confirm appointments, and ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.
  • Treatment Planning and Communication: Explain treatment plans in a clear and concise manner, discuss financial options, and provide patients with a thorough understanding of their treatment needs.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with insurance verification, billing, and patient record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our dental team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and questions in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a bonus for additional education in dental administration.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or similar role in a dental office.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a good understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with ease, with a friendly and patient-focused attitude.
