We are seeking an experienced Plumber and Pipefitter Foreman to join our team at ColonialWebb. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for providing field leadership and technical support for commercial plumbing and piping projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the day-to-day work activities of plumbing/pipefitter mechanics and helpers
  • Ensure projects are completed safely and in accordance with budget and quality standards
  • Supervise and coordinate work activities for mechanics and helpers
  • Inspect work in process and completed work to ensure conformance to specifications
  • Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision
Requirements
  • Current or previous leadership experience as a Foreman working on commercial projects
  • In-depth experience and knowledge of commercial plumbing systems
  • Master's or Journeyman Plumbing License (preferred, not required)
  • Ability to install work from drawings, submittals, and specifications
  • Ability to direct crews to install work safely with quality and efficiency
