Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Technician at Mahindra Automotive North America, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products. Your primary responsibility will be to inspect products and processes in the assembly area to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, company standards, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect products and processes to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Report quality data for use in reporting and corrective action
- Collaborate with production personnel to determine root cause and implement corrective actions
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure quality goals are met
- Stay up-to-date with company standards, customer requirements, and engineering drawings
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of mechanical assembly experience
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
