About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Analyst II to join our Billing & Credit team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and auditing data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. You will also perform in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, metrics, and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and audit data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Perform in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, metrics, and KPIs
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data analysis
  • Write and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure best practices are being followed
Requirements
  • 1-2 years working as a Data Analyst or in a similar role preferred
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL
  • Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with Chargebacks, Payments, or Fraud is a plus
